Social Work and Human Services Society

SWAHSS is a student-based society operating within and in collaboration with the Social Work & Human Services faculty of QUT.

As a Society, SWAHSS holds a strong vision of strengthening the sense of community amongst all SW/HS students at QUT. We strive to:
— Be a confident student voice at the School & Uni levels;
— Advocate for social justice through organised activism;
— Host a variety of annual social and professional networking events;
— Provide relevant practical, learning and development opportunities; &
— Build a proud QUT SW/HS identity through an ongoing Alumni program.

Our current Executive Committee consists of:
