Glass is a publication produced by QUT students, for QUT students. In the pages of Glass, whether in print or online, you can read about the zeitgeist through the lenses of your peers, have your own voice heard, and have access to the objective analysis of campus news.
Hi there, I’m Ciaran! I’m studying for a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Creative Writing)/Bachelor of Laws. I’m so excited to join the Glass team for 2022.
I think there’s something about Glass that makes it an incredibly important student publication. To me, it has something special and intangible in its DNA – a buzz or a pizzazz or a hum. In 2022, I hope to capture this buzz and amplify it.
I bring a love of fiction to the Glass team, and I’m excited to expand on the way Glass already engages with fiction writers and pieces. As a law student, I’m also invested in Glass’ important role in providing accountability for the university and the QUT Guild itself. I’m also involved with the QUT Law Society as a Publications Officer, and I’ve previously been part of the QUT Lit Salon team (I love words. A lot!).

My name is Celeste Muller and I am really excited to be involved with Glass this year! This is my first time being involved with the Student Guild, and I'm looking forward to working with my fellow executives to connect to more QUT students, both online and on campus.
I am a third year Business and Communications student, majoring in Economics and Journalism. I love to write about finance, arts and pop culture. I also intern at community radio station 4ZZZ, where I have been able to expand and improve my hard news writing and hone my presenting skills.
My goal for Glass in 2023 is to bring you breaking campus news, more stories about issues that are important to students, and relatable content you actually enjoy reading. I am also excited to interview current students and faculty who are doing really interesting and important work, and introducing those amazing people to the broader QUT community. If you have a story to tell or you are doing something really cool and you want to share that with your fellow students, please get in contact with me!
When I’m not writing or studying, you can find me in my local dog park or driving around Brisbane trying to find the best bakery. I have strong feelings about cheese and spinach triangles and I’m not afraid to share them.

Hello! I'm Konstanz, one of the new Glass editors. I finished my BFA in creative writing last year and am super excited to now be researching bilingual texts as part of my MPhil. My role is to create and edit content that informs and entertains students, as well as report on Guild happenings.
One of my goals for the year is to help Glass better engage with the broader QUT community, with a focus on inclusivity. I’d also like to publish more experimental, interactive work on our website and magazines. I love going to (and writing about) events that feature students and alumni, so if you've got a show, exhibition, or even book launch- shoot me a message!
