If you are a customer focused team member who can analyse and solve corporate IT issues, including the ability to anticipate problems, evaluate alternatives and formulate clear and effective solutions for business outcomes, then we would like you to consider a fixed-term, permanent part-time opportunity at Powerlink Queensland, covering staff on extended leave. Rostered hours will be 20 hours per week, between 7am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
Powerlink Queensland is a Government Owned Corporation with approximately 850 employees. We pride ourselves on designing, building and maintaining the state’s critical High Voltage infrastructure network. The Opportunity: As a Client Solutions Analyst at Powerlink, you will be providing technical support through receiving and responding to all customer requests and queries relating to Levels 1 and 2 IT work; applying technical expertise to resolve issues within service level agreements. You will be part of a dedicated Business IT Customer Care team ensuring delivery of efficient and high quality IT support services to customers, based on ITIL Foundations.
Who are you? To be successful in this position, you will have successfully completed at least three semesters of a Bachelor of Information Technology course, with any experience in an IT Service Desk environment considered as an advantage.
