Application Details
All roles are paid casual positions (rate varies by role). Some roles may require an ABN. While many of our roles are suited for students, non-students and creative professionals are also welcome to register their interest. We are always on the lookout for experienced and talented people to work with us!

Current Opportunities
Casual Bartenders Wanted – Botanic Bar (Gardens Point)
Located opposite Riverstage, Botanic Bar is a buzzing late-night venue known for its live music and lively atmosphere. We’re currently looking for casual bartenders to join our energetic team.
Shifts are primarily Monday to Friday evenings, with weekend work required for functions or during Riverstage gigs. As part of the role, staff are also required to perform RSA Marshall shifts to help uphold responsible service standards during busy periods and events. Experience is a bonus, but we’re happy to train the right people who bring great energy and a willingness to learn.
What you’ll need:
✔ A valid RSA for QLD
✔ Availability for morning, mid-day & evening shifts, with flexibility for weekends when applicable
✔ A friendly, proactive attitude and strong customer service skills
✔ Confidence in handling busy, fast-paced bar environments
✔ Willingness to take on RSA Marshall duties as part of your regular responsibilities
Your role will include:
✔ Mixing and serving drinks quickly and professionally
✔ Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
✔ Monitoring RSA compliance while on shift
✔ Supporting the team with stock and general bar duties
✔ Contributing to a positive, music-loving team culture

Casual Bartenders Wanted – Grove Bar (Kelvin Grove)
Grove Bar is a relaxed, daytime venue located in Kelvin Grove, trading from 11am–6pm Monday to Friday. Week nights and weekends are open for after-hours functions. We’re currently hiring casual bartenders to join our friendly team. Experience is a bonus, but we’re happy to train the right people who bring great energy and a willingness to learn.
What you’ll need:
✔ A valid RSA for QLD
✔ Availability for daytime shifts Monday to Friday, with flexibility for function-based after hours work when applicable
✔ A welcoming attitude and strong teamwork skills
✔ Confidence behind the bar and a focus on great service
Your role will include:
✔ Serving drinks and providing great customer experiences
✔ Maintaining a clean and organised bar
✔ Assisting with stock and general bar operations
✔ Following RSA and venue procedures
